By using DigiDachi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app/site.

2) Eligibility

You must be allowed to use this service under applicable laws. If you are under the required age, a parent/guardian must consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under your account.

4) NFC / Figure Ownership

When enabled, NFC pairing associates a figure’s unique ID with your account to establish ownership. You agree not to attempt to spoof, clone, or bypass pairing.

5) Acceptable Use

No cheating, harassment, abuse, illegal behavior, or attempts to disrupt the service.

6) Content & Community

You are responsible for content you post. We may remove content or restrict accounts for violating these Terms.

7) Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be experimental or in development.

8) Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DigiDachi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
